All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in G.M.D. 255, Jackson County, Georgia, as shown and delineated as Lot 139, Brentwood Estates Subdivision, Phase Two, on plat of said subdivision recorded in Jackson County Plat Records at Plat Book 57, Page 96, which plat is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete description.

The parent whose rights are terminated is not thereafter entitled to notice of proceedings for the adoption of the children by another, nor has the parent any right to object to the adoption or otherwise to participate in the proceedings.
A copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court at 5000 Jackson Parkway; Suite 210, Jefferson, Georgia 30549, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. exclusive of holidays. A free copy shall be available to the parents. Upon request, the copy will be mailed to the requester. The children are in the present physical custody of the Jackson County Department of Family and Children Services.
The general nature of the allegations are: that the child is deprived.
