Political forum ahead June 25
Another political forum featuring candidates from Jackson County will be held next week.
On Wednesday, June 25, at 7 p.m., the candidates for Jackson County sheriff and district attorney of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit will be featured at the political forum. The Piedmont Judicial Circuit serves Jackson, Barrow and Banks counties.
The Hoschton Women’s Civic Club is sponsoring the forum, which will allow audience members to ask questions for the candidates. Refreshments will be provided by the group.
The forum will be held at the Hoschton Depot, located on Ga. Hwy. 53.
The civic group is also sponsoring a political forum tonight (Wednesday), with the candidates for the Jackson County Board of Education and the Jackson County Board of Education.
