Please take notice that the following applications have been
received by the Banks County Planning Office:
Z-00-03 - Application by George W. and Marion Brown for rezoning
of property on Highway 51 North from ARR, Agricultural, Rural-Residential,
to CAD, Commercial Agricultural District.
Z-00-04 - Application by Darrel and Penny McMahan for rezoning
of property on Payne Road from ARR, Agricultural, Rural-Residential
to CAD, Commercial Agricultural District.
CU-00-01 - Application by Henry M. Wilhelm III for a conditional
use to relocate a 1991 manufactured home from McDonald Circle
to his property on Highway 441, South.
CU-00-02 - Application by Jerry and Veronica Wright for a conditional
user to relocate a 1977 manufactured home on Hebron Road to another
location on Hebron Road.
The Planning Commission will also consider the following:

for public review.
The Banks County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
on the matters on Tuesday, March 7, 2000, at 7 p.m. in the courtroom
located at the Banks County Courthouse in Homer, Georgia.
The Banks County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on
the matters on Tuesday, March 14, 2000, at 7 p.m. in the courtroom
at the Banks County Courthouse in Homer, Georgia.
