By virtue of the power contained in a Deed to Secure Debt executed
and delivered by Sheila S. Roberts to The First National Bank
of Jackson County, dated July 1, 1991, and recorded in Deed Book
11-W, Page 362, Jackson County, Georgia Records, and recorded
securing a note of even date, and any other present or future
indebtedness, in addition to interest accruing, there will be
sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before
the Courthouse door in Jackson County, Georgia, by the undersigned,
acting as Attorney-in-Fact for the said Sheila S. Roberts, as
provided in said Deed to Secure Debt, between the hours of 10:00

The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt, being in default,
said powers contained therein will be exercised and the land
will be sold as property of Sheila S. Roberts, by the undersigned,
as Attorney-in-Fact for the said Sheila S. Roberts.
Said property shall be sold subject to any and all outstanding
easements and right-of-way, restrictions of record, if any, and
to all unpaid taxes and assessments.
The proceeds from said sale will be applied to the payment of
the above-styled indebtedness, the expenses of the procedure,
attorney's fees (notice as required in Sec. 13-1-11, O.C.G.A.,
1982, as amended, having been sent), and the balance, if any,

Because of default in the payment of an indebtedness on a Loan
Agreement executed by Michael S. Dorsey and Marlene K. Dorsey,
secured by a Deed to Secure a Debt executed by Michael S. Dorsey
and Marlene K. Dorsey, dated October 22, 1997, in favor of Beneficial
Mortgage Co. of Georgia and recorded October 28, 1997, in Deed
Book 17-D, Page 214, Clerk, Superior Court Jackson County, Beneficial

to construct and operate a new Non-Commercial Educational FM
Broadcast Station on Ch. 220-A, at Pendergrass, Georgia. The

The station will operate with an effective radiated power of
.02kw at a HAAT of 98 meters, from a transmitter located 34 12'

Invitation for Bid
Bids for furnishing all labor, equipment and services required
for the Work known as HUD CIAP Project GA06P163-904-98, Phase
II, Jefferson, Georgia will be received until 2:00 p.m. local
time on the 21, March 2000, at the office of the Housing Authority
(PHA) indicated below. At this time and place all bids received
will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Without force and effect on the Bidding Documents and the proposed
Contract Documents, the work required is briefly described as
partial modernization of forty-nine (49) Dwelling Units and site
improvements at one (1) site known as GA 168-2 located in Jefferson,
Georgia. The work includes concrete work, gutters, downspouts,
storm water piping, landscaping, kitchen cabinets, rough and
finish carpentry, ceramic tile and associated plumbing work.
The work required is fully described in the Bidding Documents
consisting of the Project Manual and the Drawings.
Proposed Contract forms, Drawings and Project Manual are on file
in the office of the PHA and the Architect, Tomberlin Associates,
Inc., 2215 Perimeter Park Drive, Suite 15, Atlanta, Georgia 30341,
telephone (770) 451-7531. Bidding Documents may be obtained by
providing a Nonrefundable payment of $50.00 per set of Documents
to the Architect. No partial sets will be issued. Checks should
be made payable to the Architect and mailed to the above address.
Each bid shall include Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to five
percent of the Bid. Provide as a certified check or bank draft
payable to the PHA; U.S. Government Bonds, or as a properly executed
Bid Bond with surety acceptable to the PHA. A Surety Company
executing the Bid Bond must be authorized to transact business
in the Project State, and must appear on the most current U.S.
Treasury Department's Circular No. 570. The successful bidder
is required to provide satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds
prior to execution of the Agreement.

Each bid shall include The Signed Original and Two Conformed
Copies of the following:
