Regarding the Proposed Title V Permit
for USA Waste Services, Inc. - Chambers R&B Landfill
Homer, Georgia
To All Interested Persons and Parties
You are hereby notified that a public meeting/hearing will be
held at 7:00 p.m. on April 20, 2000, at the Banks Courthouse
located at 144 Yonah Homer Road, Homer, Georgia 30547.
This meeting will be to receive comments on the proposed air
quality permit application for Chamber R&B Landfill.
This notice is being distributed by newspaper publication and
by mailing. A copy of the air quality permit application is available
for inspection and review during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00
p.m., Monday through Friday, except official State holidays,
at the Environmental Protection Division, Air Protection Branch,
4244 International Parkway, Suite 120, Atlanta, Georgia. At the
public meeting/hearing, anyone may present data, make a statement,
comment or offer a viewpoint or argument either orally or in
writing.
Written comments are welcomed. To insure their consideration,
written comments should be received on or by April 20, 2000.

CU-00-03 - Application by Hershel E. Lewellyn, III for a conditional
