By order for service by publication dated the 21st day of February,
2000, you are hereby notified that on the 29th day of December,
1999, the Banks County Department of Family and Children Services
filed a petition for temporary custody (deprivation) against
you as to Candice Sprague. You are required to file with the
Clerk of Juvenile Court, and to serve upon Plaintiff's attorney,
John R. Coleman Jr., an answer in writing within sixty (60) days
of the date of the Order of Publication. This matter has been
set for final hearing on the 27th day of April, 2000, at 10:00
a.m., at the Juvenile Court, Banks County Courthouse, Homer,
