By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from
Kenneth W. Garland and Lorie Garland to Banc One Financial Services,
Inc., dated March 26, 1998, and recorded in Deed Book 126, Page
613, Banks County, Georgia Records; said Security Deed having
been given to secure a Note dated March 26, 1998, in the original
principal amount of Seventy Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy
Six and 16/100 Dollars ($72,276.16), and by virtue of default
in payment of the indebtedness secured by said Security Deed,
the undersigned attorney-in-fact, who is the present holder of
said Security Deed and Note, will sell at public outcry to the

1.90 acres and designated as Lot 10 of Cedar Ridge Properties
Subdivision according to a plat of survey prepared for "Oakleaf
Investments, Inc." by Venable & Associates, Inc., Georgia
Registered Land Surveyors, dated July 12, 1990, and recorded
at Plat Book 15, Page 180, Banks County, Georgia Records.
The debt secured by said Security Deed and Note has been and
is hereby declared due because of non-payment thereof. Notice
has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection
of attorney's fees and to foreclose in accordance with legal
requirements and the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
The debt remaining in default, the sale will be made for the
purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the
indebtedness secured by the Security Deed, accrued interest,
and all expenses of sale and other sums secured by the Security
Deed including attorney's fees.

By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure
Debt by James Lamar Cochran to Associates Financial Services
of America, Inc., dated June 4, 1998, and filed for record June
9, 1998, in Deed Book 126, Page 633, and re-recorded in Deed
Book 149, Page 10, Banks County, Georgia Records, and securing
a Note in the original principal amount of $24,022.49, there
will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder
before the Courthouse Door of Banks County, Georgia, between
