By Warranty Deed dated March 21, 1994, recorded in Deed Book 13-T, page 241, in said Clerk's office Cindy M. Pardue conveyed a one-half undivided interest in the property to Danny E. Pardue.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, nonpayment of the monthly installments on said loan. Default having continued for a period of more than thirty (30) days after notice thereof and opportunity to cure, said default not being cured, and the debt remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including any accrued attorney's fees.
