Said property having been conveyed to Danny E. Pardue and Cindy
M. Pardue by Warranty Deed from John E. Pardue and Jimmie Lou
Y. Pardue dated January 29, 1990, recorded in Deed Book 11-B,
page 773, in said Clerk's Office:
By Warranty Deed dated March 21, 1994, recorded in Deed Book
13-T, page 241, in said Clerk's office Cindy M. Pardue conveyed
a one-half undivided interest in the property to Danny E. Pardue.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other possible events of default,
nonpayment of the monthly installments on said loan. Default
having continued for a period of more than thirty (30) days after
notice thereof and opportunity to cure, said default not being
cured, and the debt remaining in default, the sale will be made
for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale,
including any accrued attorney's fees.

by a Security Deed executed by Jeffery W. Manders to Norwest
Mortgage, Inc., now Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., dated June
25, 1997, and recorded in Deed Book 16-T, Page 360, Jackson County
Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of
$79,900.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note
thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness
due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained
in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, June 6, 2000, during
the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County,
