13-J, Page 34, Jackson County Georgia Records, as last transferred
to Norwest as Trustee by assignment to be recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia Records,
conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the
original principal amount of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred and
00/100 Dollars ($50,400.00), with interest thereon as set forth
therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder

To All Interested Persons and Parties:
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority set forth
below, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources proposes Rules
for the Georgia Greenspace Program, Chapter 391-1-4 (hereinafter,
"the proposed rules").
This notice, along with an exact copy of the proposed rules,
is being mailed to each county eligible to participate in the
program. In addition, a copy of this notice, and an exact copy
of the proposed rules, may be reviewed during normal business
hours (8:00 - 4:30) at 7 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive S.W., Suite
146, Atlanta, GA 30334; 404-656-5165; these documents are also
available for review on the Georgia DNR Web page (www.ganet.org/dnr/greenspace).
To provide the public an opportunity to comment upon and provide
input into the proposed rules, a hearing will be held at 10:00
a.m. on July 24, 2000, at 205 Butler Street S.E., Suite 1252,
Atlanta, GA 30334. At the public hearing, anyone may present
data, make a statement, comment or offer a viewpoint or argument,
either orally or in writing. Lengthy statements or statements
of a considerable technical or economic nature, as well as previously
recorded messages, must be submitted for the official record.
Oral statements should be concise.
Written comments are welcomed. To ensure their consideration,
written comments should be received on or before the date of

Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash,
the land described in said deed to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 255 G.M.D.,
Jackson County, Georgia, designated as Lot 7 containing 1.792
acres, Woodland Hills Estates, as shown on plat and survey of
Hambrick Surveying , Inc., recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat Book 29,
Page 289. For a more detailed description to said tract, reference
is hereby made to said plat as recorded. Subject to existing
easements and rights of way for public roads and utilities now

This property was transferred from Craig F. Sargent to Bobby
Perry by Warranty Deed dated October 20, 1995, and the debt thereon
was assumed at that time by Bobby Perry.

Notice has been given of intention to collect attorney's fees
