has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable
and pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in said deed, will

Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Maysville,
Georgia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 7, 2000,
at 7:00 p.m. at the Maysville Public Library to receive public
comments on a proposed amendment to the text of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Maysville to amend Subsections 31.1, 31.5 and
31.10 of Section 31 of Article III, which section would define
"Accessory Building or Use" and "Home Occupation."
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for public inspection
at the Maysville City Hall.
A regular monthly meeting of the City Council will be held immediately
following the public hearing at which the adoption of the amendment
will be considered.
