Unit That May Assert A Claim Against the Above-Captioned Estates:
Please Take Notice that the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Southern District of New York ("Bankruptcy Court")
has entered an order setting October 20, 2000, as the last date
("Bar Date") for the filing of proofs of claim in the
above-captioned Chapter 11 proceedings against Texfi Industries
Inc. ("Debtor"). A copy of the Bankruptcy Court's order
may be obtained for a fee from the Clerk of the Court's Office,
United States Bankruptcy Court, Alexander Hamilton Customs House,
1 Bowling Green, New York, New York, 10004 or on the Court's

A. Who Must File: Except as specifically stated in this notice,
if you assert a claim against Debtor, you must timely file a

Bankruptcy Code has been given the broadest possible definition

fixed, contingent, matured, unmatured, disputed, undisputed,
legal, equitable, secured, or unsecured. Claims also include
situations where acts have occurred but actual injury has not
yet been manifested, including equitable remedies for breach
of performance if such breach gives rise to a right to payment,
whether or not such right to any equitable remedy is reduced
to judgment, fixed, contingent, matured, unmatured, disputed,
undisputed, secured or unsecured.
C. Effect of Not Filing: If you fail to timely file a proof of
claim on or before the Bar Date and are required to do so by
this order:
A. Your claim will be Forever Barred:
(i) from participating in any manner in the above-captioned Chapter
11 proceeding; (ii) from voting with respect to any plan of reorganization
filed in the above-captioned Chapter 11 proceeding; and (iii)
from receiving any distribution under any such plan of reorganization
that may be confirmed in the above-captioned Chapter 11 proceeding.
B. You will be bound by terms of any plan of reorganization that

Claims will be deemed filed only when they are actually received
at the above address. Proof of claim forms must conform substantially
to the form approved by the Bankruptcy Court, a copy of which
is enclosed. Copies of documents supporting the claim must be
attached to the proof of claim. Copies of the Debtor's schedules
and statement of financial affairs are also on file at the above
website. Proofs of claim must be filled out in the English language
and any amounts claimed thereon must be converted to United States
dollars as of the Debtor's filing date. Failure to comply with

the Bar Date:

approximately 0.3 of a mile, more or less, of Brown Road has
ceased to be used by the public to the extent that no substantial
public purpose is served by this portion of the road. The Jackson
County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
November 14, 2000, at 4:45 p.m. after which the Jackson County
Board of Commissioners may declare that section of the county
road system abandoned. If that section of Brown Road is declared
to be abandoned, then the rights of the public in and to that
section of Brown Road as a public road shall cease.
