Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the following
described instrument (hereinafter referred to as the "Security
Deed"):
Security Deed from Alan W. Wilson and Susan A. Wilson to Sunshine
Mortgage Corporation, dated June 30, 1997, recorded in Deed Book
16-U, Page 184, Jackson County Records, as last transferred to
The First National Bank of Chicago, as Trustee, by assignment
to be recorded with the Clerk of the Superior Court, aforesaid
records,
conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the
original principal amount of Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred
Sixty & 00/100 Dollars ($98,460.00), with interest thereon
as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Jackson
County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first
Tuesday in November, 2000, the following described property:

The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other possible events of default,
failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner

Whereas, heretofore on December 13, 1995, Stephen L. Crawford
and Leann Crawford did execute a certain deed to secure debt
to Independence Mortgage Corporation of America, to the following
described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1747
G.M.D., Jackson County, Georgia, designated as Lot 15, Block
A, Belle Spring Woods, containing 3.875 acres, more or less,
as shown on plat and survey of Venable & Associates, Inc.,
Surveyors, dated December 15, 1995, recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat
Book 47, Page 212. For a more detailed description to said tract,
reference is hereby made to said plat as recorded. Subject to
existing easements and rights-of-way for public roads and utilities
now in use.
To secure an indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note of even
date therewith in the amount of $93,456.00 all as shown by a
deed to secure debt recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Superior
Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 15-E, Pages 145-149,
as modified by Modification Agreement recorded in the Clerk's
Office of Jackson County, Georgia, on October 31, 1996. Said
deed having been transferred and assigned to Lochaven Federal
Savings and Loan Association now Republic Bank by merger by document

The secured indebtedness is now in default, and the holder has

Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority, for furnishing all materials,
labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction
of 3 miscellaneous projects as listed below:
