Georgia Department of Transportation Invites Public Comment on
Draft Public Involvement Plan and Policy
The Georgia Department of Transportation invites the public to
comment on a draft public involvement plan and policy. This public
involvement plan and policy set the standard for the department's
effort to include the public in the transportation planning process
and ensures that the department complies with federal guidelines
for public involvement.
A paper copy of the plan is available at all county public libraries
throughout the state and on the Georgia DOT's web-site at www.dot.state.ga.us.
To request a copy of the plan, please contact 404-657-6694. Written
requests or statements may be submitted to Janide Sidifall by
e-mail to janide.sidifall@dot.state.ga.us, or in writing to Georgia
