By order for service by publication dated the 21st day of December,
2000, you are hereby notified that on November 16, 2000, the
Banks County Department of Family and Children Services filed
a Petition for the Extension of Temporary Custody (Deprivation)
and Amendment to the Petition for the Extension of Temporary
Custody (Deprivation) against you as to Jacqueline Strickland.
This Court will conduct a provisional hearing on the above-styled
matter pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-11-29 on the 3rd day of
January 2001 at 1:30 p.m., at the Juvenile Court, Banks County
Courthouse, Homer, Georgia. The findings of fact and orders of
disposition shall become final at the final hearing unless respondent
appears at the hearing date set herein below. You are required
to file with the Clerk of Juvenile Court, and to serve upon Plaintiff's
attorney, John R. Coleman, Jr., an answer in writing within sixty
(60) days of the date of the Order of Publication. This matter
has been set for final hearing on the 9th day of February, 2001,
at 9:00 a.m., at the Juvenile Court, Banks County Courthouse,
Homer, Georgia.
In the event that you are unable to employ counsel, a right that
you are entitled to, and if indigent as that term is defined
under the provisions of O.C.G.A. §15-11-30, you must immediately
contact the Banks County Courthouse and request the appointment
of counsel to represent you in these proceedings.

Invitation to Bid
The Housing Authority of the town of Homer, Georgia will receive
bids for the fabrication and installation of ten galvanized steel
handrails at one side of exterior stairs at the Homer Housing
Authority site. (See attached specifications).
Bids will be received until 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2001
at the administrative office at P.O. Drawer J, 605 South Pond
Street, Toccoa, GA. At that time on the above date mentioned,
all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposals submitted by mail should be sent to the Housing Authority
at the address set out above and plainly marked "sealed
bid."
