A major subdivision plat may be submitted to the Planning and Development office at any time along with a completed application form and the appropriate fees as established by the Board of Commissioners.

Seven copies clearly and legibly drawn to a scale of not more than two hundred (200) feet to one (1) inch on paper.
Delete Section 5.33 in its entirety
Delete and combine section 5.36 and 5.37 as follows:
1. A completed application form requesting review and approval of a preliminary plat.
2. Seven (7) copies, clearly and legibly drawn to a scale of not less than two hundred (200) feet to one (1) inch, of the preliminary plat.
