of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia,
Main Street Bank as successor in Interest to First Federal Savings
Bank of Georgia, pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured
has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable
and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed will

By virtue of the power contained in a Deed to Secure Debt executed
and delivered by Sara M. Hensley to Community Bank and Trust,

which Deed to Secure Debt was supplemented by a Supplemental
Security Deed and Additional Loan Agreement dated September 27,

sums in the original principal amount of $54,000.00, in addition

Change Section 5.31
A major subdivision plat may be submitted to the Planning and
Development office at any time along with a completed application
form and the appropriate fees as established by the Board of
Commissioners.
Change Section 5.32
Seven copies clearly and legibly drawn to a scale of not more
than two hundred (200) feet to one (1) inch on paper.
Delete Section 5.33 in its entirety
Delete and combine section 5.36 and 5.37 as follows:
1. A completed application form requesting review and approval
of a preliminary plat.
2. Seven (7) copies, clearly and legibly drawn to a scale of
not less than two hundred (200) feet to one (1) inch, of the
preliminary plat. Said plats may be submitted to the office of
Planning and Development at any time along with the appropriate
