the true point of beginning, as per plat of survey prepared by
Venable & Associates, Inc., Allen L. Venable, Jr. R.L.S.
No. 1761 for Nicholas Denton dated September 18, 1998 and contains
3.996 acres more or less.
Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note of
even date in the original principal amount of $70,200.00 with
interest from date at the rate as specified therein.
The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is
hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of
default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and
in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The
debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose
of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided
in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law, including attorney's fees
(notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party
(or parties) in possession of the subject property known as 369

To: Brian Westmoreland, Putative Father the Above-Named Child
By order for service by publication dated the 28th day of February,
2001, you are hereby notified that on the 28th day of February,
2001, the Banks County Department of Family and Children Services
filed a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights against you
as to the above-named child and the Court found it to be in the
child's best interest that the petition be filed. This notice
is being sent to you pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. §15-11-96.
The Petition is for the purpose of terminating your parental

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §15-11-96(e), you are advised that

Notice is hereby given that Banks County has determined that
the project hereafter described is proposed to be located in,
or may affect, a floodplain as defined by Executive Order 11988
and/or Executive Order 11990:
1. Banks County Water Improvements: Banks County proposes to
extend water lines to Alexander Road, Riverbend Road, Duncan
Road, Borders Road, Hebron Road, Hebron Court and Sims Bridge
Road. This project will be funded with Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) program funds and County funds.
2. This will be a permanent solution to provide the Banks County
citizens in the target area with a clean and reliable water supply
and reliable fire protection.
The Banks County has additional information on the proposal and
such information may be obtained at the Banks County Commissioners
Office, 144 Yonah-Homer Road, Homer, Georgia. This information
may be obtained or reviewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and
4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
