Public Hearing

The Town of Braselton’s Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at 3:00 p.m. at the Braselton Community Center on the following requests:
1. Annexation and rezoning request from Duluth 120 Corporation for 83.741 acres located in Jackson County at 8817 Highway 124. The land is currently zoned A-2 and the proposed land use and zoning classification of the property upon annexation would be R-2 with 200 single-family residences planned.
