OCTOBER 22, 2001 |
CALLED BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 22, 2001 All Board of Education Members were present as was Mr. Keith Cowne, Superintendent. Mr. Power made a motion to approve the October 22, 2001 Board Meeting Agenda. Ms. Belfield seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Ms. Belfield made a motion to set the Millage Rate for Bond at 1.26. Mr. Patton seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Mr. Patton made a motion to set the Millage Rate for M & O at 16.94. Mr. Mason seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Mr. Mason made a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss a Tribunal Appeal. Mr. Power seconded and the motion unanimously passed. After discussion, Mr. Power made a motion to affirm the tribunal decision allowing the days already absent from school as the student’s modified punishment, and with the understanding that the student will be back in school immediately under a behavior contract. Ms. Belfield seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Mr. Mason made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Patton seconded and the motion unanimously passed. |
