CALLED BOARD MEETING TRIBUNAL APPEAL NOVEMBER 7, 2001 All Board Members were present as was Mr. Keith Cowne, Superintendent. Mr. Power made a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss a Tribunal Appeal. Mr. Patton seconded and the motion unanimously passed. After discussion, Mr. Patton made a motion to go out of Executive Session. Ms. Belfield seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Mr. Patton made a motion to uphold the decision of the Tribunal Committee. Mr. Power seconded and the motion unanimously passed. Mr. Patton made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Power seconded and the motion unanimously passed. |
