All members present.  Mr. Cowne, Frank Gillespie and Rhiannon Brewer-Patrick were also present.
 
Motion by Mr. Power, second by Mr. Mason to adopt amended agenda:  Reapportionment.  Unanimous vote.
 
Over an hour of discussion and study of possible maps, options, etc..
 
Motion by Mr. Patton, second by Ms. Belfield to adjourn.  Unanimous vote.
