Pursuant to a Power of Sale contained in a certain Security Deed executed by Danny E. Daniel and Eileen C. Daniel, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, with the singular including the plural, to Mt. Because of the default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Deed to Secure Debt executed by Edward Burnette, Vivian Burnette and Christopher J. Michael to First Piedmont Bank, dated September 14, 2000, and recorded in Deed Book 21-Z, Page 356, of the records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, said deed having been transferred by Transfer and Assignment dated November 16, 2001, to Barbara Michael pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed will on the first Tuesday in May, 2002, during the legal hours of sale at the Courthouse door in Jackson County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the property described in said deed, to-wit:

Notice has been given of the intention to collect attorney’s fees in accordance with the terms of the note and deed to secure debt. Said property will be sold as the property of Christopher J. Michael, Edward Burnette and Vivian Burnette and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expenses and costs of sale, including attorney’s fees.
