You Are Further Notified that the above-styled action seeking custody of the above-named child was filed against you in the Juvenile Court of Jackson County on or about the 11th day of June, 2002, and that by reason of an order for service by publication entered by the Court on or about the 11th day of June, 2002.
You Are Hereby Commanded and Required to appear before the Juvenile Court of Jackson County, Georgia, at the Jackson County Courthouse in Jefferson, Georgia, on the 12th day of August, 2002, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. for the purposes of a final hearing to determine whether or not the above-named child is deprived and, if so, what disposition should be made.

You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of July, 2002, at 9 a.m., at the Jackson County Courthouse in the City of Jefferson, Georgia, there will be heard the case of the State of Georgia vs. Jackson County Industrial Development Authority and John W. Rooker, LLC, Civil Action X-02-CV-0544 in the Superior Court of Jackson County, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate an issue of Jackson County Industrial Development Authority Taxable Revenue Bonds (John W. Rooker, LLC Project), Series 2002 (the “Bonds”), in the aggregate principal amount of $16,660,000. The Bonds are to be issued by the Jackson County Industrial Development Authority (the “Issuer”) for the purpose of financing, in whole or in part, the cost of acquiring and equipping a distribution facility (the “Project”) to be leased to John W. Rooker, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Company”), for sublease to Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc., for the purpose of encouraging and promoting the expansion and development of industrial and commercial facilities in Jackson County so as to relieve, insofar as possible, unemployment within its boundaries. Said Project will be owned by the Issuer and leased to the Company pursuant to a Lease Agreement. In said proceeding, the Court will also pass upon the validity of the Lease Agreement, a Trust Indenture, and a Letter of Credit, in connection therewith.
Any citizen of the State of Georgia residing in Jackson County, Georgia, or any other person wherever residing, who has a right to object, may intervene and become a party to this proceeding.

The debt secured by the Security Deed is evidenced by a Promissory Note dated October 20, 1999, executed by B.J.I., Inc. to Premier Bank, in the original principal amount of $56,175.00 (the “Note”), plus interest from date on the unpaid balance until paid, and other indebtedness. Default has occurred and continues under the terms of the Note and Security Deed by reason of, among other possible events of default, the nonpayment when due of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by the Security Deed and the failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Note and Security Deed. By reason of this default, the Security Deed has been declared foreclosable according to its terms.
