Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager until Tuesday, October 22, 2002, at 2 p.m. at the office of Charles Black Construction Company, Inc., 1955 Highway 129 South, Cleveland, Georgia 30528. Bids must be submitted on the Construction Manager’s proposal form. A thorough review of the bid package descriptions is required prior to submitting bids.
The form of agreement will be AGC Document 640, 1994 Edition, between the Construction Manager and the Successful Bidder.

The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for the construction of:
Banks Crossing Corridor TE Improvements, Phase 3. The project shall consist of landscape and lighting installation at various locations indicated in the plan set within the US 441/corridor, extending approximately 0.75 mile north and 0.75 mile south of the I-85 interchange. There will be tree plantings, signage improvements, and wheelchair ramp installation, etc. required at various locations indicated by the landscape plan.
