The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 24, 2003, at 6 p.m. on the following request:
03-100-RZ Ray Vaughn request for rezoning of 66.9 acres located at Tax Map 112, Parcel 1 at I-85 and Chardonnay Trace. The property is currently zoned PCFD and the requested zoning is PUD with 172 single family residential homes planned.
Copies of the application and proposed plan are available at the Braselton Town Hall during regular business hours.

The said named persons and any and all other persons known and unknown claiming any right, title, power, interest, ownership, equity claim, or demand in and to the lands hereinafter described, and all occupants, tenants, lessees, licensees, and all holders, owners, and users of ways and easements in, across, over and under said land, are hereby notified under the provisions of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 22-2-107(d)(2) that the above-stated case, being a condemnation in rem of a utility easement over and across the property hereinafter described, shall come before a special master at 10:00 a.m. in the state courtroom of the Jackson County Administrative Building, located at 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia, on the 19th day of February, 2003, for a determination of the issue of just and adequate compensation and any other issues as may be properly raised.

Public Hearing
The Jefferson Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on April 4, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at the main office, Athens Street, Jefferson Terrace Apartments. Lot size for a single family site built home, within an R-1 or R-2 zoning district, is a minimum of 1 acre and 125’ lot width.
