The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 17, 2003, at 6 p.m. on the following requests:
03-200-RZ Oakmont Residential LLC request for rezoning of 122 acres located at Tax Map 112, Parcel 1 at I-85 and Zion Church Road. The property is currently zoned M-1 and the requested zoning is R-3 with 526 single family residential homes planned.
