03-700-VAR RaceTrac Petroleum requests for variances from size limitation for permanent ground sign and for variance from architectural controls regarding placement of dumpsters. The applicant requests a height variance of 10 feet for an 18 foot high sign, a sign area variance of 115 square feet for 179 square feet of sign area, and a copy area variance of 97 square feet for a total of 137 square feet of copy area.
