Sealed proposals will be accepted by Jackson County Government until 3:00 p.m. ET on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2004, in Jackson County Purchasing Department, 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549 for RFP #04-03, banking services from banks that are eligible to be a depository for the County under federal and Georgia law. This Request for Proposals (RFP) covers all general banking services for the County. The term will be two (2) years, from April 1, 2004, through March 31, 2006, with a one-year renewal option by the Jackson County Government, Jefferson, Georgia.
All proposals will be opened in public and offerors’ names will be read aloud immediately following the specified closing time. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A conference for those parties interested in submitting a proposal for the banking services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. at the Jackson County Grand Jury Room, located at 88 Gordon Street, Jefferson, Georgia.
