3. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 14.10, PARAGRAPH A, 4,b. — FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL
Revise language to state “A maintenance bond providing adequate surety for the maintenance of all public improvements required by this Development Code in the subdivision for a period of at least 18-months following the date of final acceptance of said improvements or until 75% of the units in the development are complete, if such completion occurs after the 18-month period.”
4. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 14.16 — CERTIFICATE OF FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL
Replace the term “1-year” to “18 months” concerning the maintenance and guarantee of public improvements.
5. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 14.14, PARAGRAPH D. — PUBLIC UTILITY DEDICATION
Remove the term “Stormwater easements” from the paragraph.
6. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 14.15 — CERTIFICATION FROM HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Amend the first sentence shall read as follows: “For lots served by septic tank and not by public sewer, certification by the applicable County department must be provided on the Final Plat that state the sewerage systems installed or proposed to be installed fully meets the requirements of the department’s regulations.”
7. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 11.5 — CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL AND COMPLIANCE
Amend language to state: “Copies of the site plan and associated construction drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Director for distribution and review, including but not limited to the following:

The number of copies to be submitted for a project shall be determined by the Planning Director or Town Engineer.
