This notice contained a provision for the payment of attorney’s fees, if collected by law or through an Attorney at law. In order to secure the payment of this note, PAOZE VANCHIASONG and PAHOUA SHEE VANCHIASONG had executed and delivered to RICK GAILEY CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Deed to Secure Debt dated December 5, 2001, and recorded at Deed Book 25-I, Pages 595-609, of the Jackson County, Georgia, Deed Records, conveying the property described as:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 255th District, Jackson County, Georgia, and being Lot 5, Block A, of the Chanticleer Heights Subdivision, according to a plat prepared by Matt Hancock and Robert Black, Registered Land Surveyors, dated August, 1960, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat Book 3, Page 314. Request by Mike Malerba to annex and zone 10.25 acres into the Town of Braselton. The applicant has requested a G-C zoning designation. The property is Jackson County Tax Map 118, portion of parcel 4, currently zoned A-2 and located at 7595 Highway 53.
