The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 22, 2004, at 7 p.m. on the following items:
I. 04-1100-RZ Applicant Ayham Y. Haddad, M.D., requests annexation and zoning for 1.497 acres located at 2200 Friendship Road, Hall County Tax Parcel # 15-41-00-003L. The property is currently zoned AR-V in Hall County. The applicant has requested Braselton Zoning District O-I (Office Institutional) for a proposed development of a 20,000 square foot Medical Clinic.
II. Variance Request attached to application 04-1100-RZ
Applicant Ayham Y. Haddad, M.D. requests a variance from Braselton Development Code provision Section 8.3 requiring a 75 foot side yard building setback in O-I if adjacent to residential and if the building is two or more stories. The applicant requests a variance of 65 feet be granted to allow for a 10 foot side yard setback.
