Notice of Sale Under Power

Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured
by a Security Deed executed by Kim Nash and Gregory Nash to Premier
Lending Corporation dated October 22, 1998, and recorded in Deed
Book 18-Q, Page 20, Jackson County Records, said Security Deed
having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to
Household Realty Corporation by assignment securing a Note in
the original principal amount of $39,000.00, the holder thereof
pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the
entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant
to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first
Tuesday, July 6, 1999, during the legal hours of sale, before
the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed,
to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 455th
District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, being shown and designated
as Lot No. Four (4), containing 10.00 acres, more or less, and
having such area, courses, directions, dimensions, distances,
metes, shapes and bounds according to plat of survey by Clelland
A. Tyson, Surveyor, dated March 16, 1990 and recorded in Plat
Book 33, Page 187, Records of Jackson County, Georgia, to which
reference is made and the description and record thereof incorporated
therein as a part of this description by reference thereto.
This conveyance is made subject to existing easements and right
of ways in use and on record.
The above described tract of land being a portion of the property
conveyed to Ricky Lee Watkins from Jasper Dorsey Hutchins Jr.
and William Jackson Hutchins, dated April 5, 1990, recorded in
Deed Book 11-E, at Page 372, Records of Jackson County, Georgia.
Said property is known as 1183 Dixon Bridge Road, Maysville,
GA 30558, together with all fixtures and personal property attached
to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a lien, whether or not now due
and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority,
any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and
inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record
superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2)
to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with
the holder of the security deed.
Notice has been given of intention to collect attorney's fees
in accordance with the terms of the Note secured by said Deed.
Said property will be sold as the property of Kim Nash and Gregory
Nash, the property, to the best information, knowledge and belief
of the undersigned, being presently in the possession of Kim
Nash and Gregory Nash, and the proceeds of said sale will be
applied to the payment of said indebtedness and all the expenses
of said sale, including attorney's fees, all as provided in said
Deed, and the balance, if any, will be distributed as provided
by law.

Under and by virtue of the powers contained in Deed to Secure
Debt, executed by Jeffery W. Manders to Northeast Georgia Bank,
dated April 8, 1998, and recorded in Deed Book 17-T, at Pages
671-672, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson
County, Georgia, there will be sold at auction at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash at the Courthouse door in Jackson
County, Georgia, by the undersigned acting as Attorney-in-Fact
for the said Jeffery W. Manders, between the hours of 10:00 o'clock

Tract II: All that tract or parcel of land, together with all
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the 248 G.M.D.,
Jackson County, Georgia, being shown and designated as 8.6131
acres on a plat of survey entitled "Survey for Linda Deaton,"
dated April 9, 1997, prepared by James Robert Cheatham, said
plat being recorded at Plat Book 49, Page 300, in the records
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia,
said plat being incorporated herein by reference for a more complete
description of the above property.
Said powers will be exercised and said land will be sold as the
property of Jeffery W. Manders by the undersigned as Attorney-in-Fact
for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said deed,
attorney's fees, interest and costs of sale. The original indebtedness
secured by said deed to secure debt as evidenced by promissory
note dated April 8, 1998, in the amount of Thirty Six Thousand
And No/100 Dollars ($36,000.00), bearing interest. The deed to
secure debt securing said indebtedness above referred to, contained
an open end clause declaring that said deed covered and secured
not only the original amount stated therein, but also all extensions,
renewals, additional loans and advances that might subsequently
be made to borrowers to the Lender as well as all other indebtedness
of borrowers to the Lender, then due or to become due or thereafter
to be contracted.
Time was made the essence of the contract and the note contained
provisions for payment of fifteen (15%) percent attorney's fees
if collected by law or through an attorney at law. Because the
said Jeffery W. Manders defaulted in making the payment of the
installments as they matured, Northeast Georgia Bank pursuant
to the provisions of said note and the deed aforesaid securing
same, has exercised its option and has declared the entire balance
due and collectible, and has made demand on said note. Notice
fixing the liability for attorney's fees has been given according
to law. Said Deed to Secure Debt contained a power of sale authorizing
the grantee as Attorney-in-Fact for the grantor therein to sell
the property conveyed thereto in order to satisfy said note after
advertising same once a week for four weeks in the official gazette
in said county, and in accordance with said power of sale and
by virtue thereof, Northeast Georgia Bank will sell said land
above described at the time and place hereinabove stated. Proper
conveyances will be made to the purchaser by the undersigned
as Attorney-in-Fact for Jeffery W. Manders. Said property will
be sold subject to all unpaid taxes that may be a lien on said
property, subject to all easements of record.

On July 26, 1999, the Georgia Department of Transportation will
hold a public hearing concerning the proposed Location and Design
of Project STP-002-6(52)(53), Clarke and Jackson Counties. The
hearing will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the South
Jackson Elementary School Gym, 8144 Jefferson Road, Athens, Georgia
30607.
Project STP-002-6(52)(53) would consist of the widening and reconstruction
of US 129/SR 15 from SR 330/Lavender Road in Clarke County to
the proposed Jefferson Bypass near CR 104 in Jackson County.
The proposed widening would begin on the west side of US 129/SR
15 at the end of the existing four lane section at SR 330/Lavender
Road and proceed to a point just north of CR 116/Fuller Road.
From this point, the widening would cross over to the east side
for approximately 0.68 mile to a point just north of CR 119.
From there, the widening would shift to the west side and continue
to the northern terminus of the project near CR 104. The existing
two lane roadway would be widened to four lanes, two in each
direction, separated by a median.
Representatives from the Department of Transportation will be
available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with plans and displays.
The public will have an opportunity to attend the hearing at
its convenience to ask questions and discuss the project with
a Department representative. Relocation assistance will be discussed
at the hearing. There will be no formal presentation.
A court reporter will be available during this time to allow
the public an opportunity to make comments about the project.
These comments will be included in the transcript of the hearing.
Written statements may be submitted to: Mr. David E. Studstill,

Written statements should be sent by August 5, 1999. The displays

Water Main Extension for
the Town of Braselton
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Braselton, Georgia,
for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any
other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of a
Water Main Extension for the Town of Braselton, Georgia.
Bids will be received at the Braselton Town Hall until 2:00 p.m.
on July 13, 1999. Any bid received after said time and date of
bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will
be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it
is awarded, within SIXTY (60) days of the bid opening.
The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following
major elements:
Installation of approximately 11,000 LF of 12 inch waterlines,
valves, and appurtenances.
Time of completion for all work associated with this project
shall be Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date
of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER.
Copies of Contract Documents, Specifications, and Construction
Drawings may be obtained at the office of Precision Planning,
Inc., 400 Pike Boulevard, P.O. Box 2210, Lawrenceville, Georgia
30046, upon payment of a non-refundable cost of $150.00. Checks
shall be made payable to Precision Planning, Inc.

A list of persons who purchased Contract Documents from Precision
Planning, Inc. will be available from the Engineer ONLY through
facsimile transmission and/or U.S. Mail.
OWNER requires a bid bond* or a certified cashier's check in
the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed
with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will
be made payable to the Town of Braselton.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with
Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance
and Payment Bonds* in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%)
of the total bid.
Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to
the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly
marked on the outside as, "Bid for Water Main Extension
for the Town of Braselton and be labeled with the BIDDER'S State
of Georgia Utility Contractor License Number. If bid is forwarded
by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed
in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the OWNER
at the address previously given.
All Bids must be made out on the bid form of the type bound in
the Contract Documents, in accordance with the instructions in
the Information for Bidders. No interlineation, additions, or
deletions shall be made in the proposal form by the BIDDER.
Any and all Bids received without the aforementioned qualification
criteria enclosed, will be returned to the BIDDER.
CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS bidding on this Project will be
required to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.
OWNER reserves the rights to waive any informalities or to reject
any or all Bids, to evaluate Bids, and to accept any Bid which
in its opinion may be in the best interest of the OWNER. No Bid
will be rejected without just cause.
Successful Bidder will be required to perform WORK as the Prime
Contractor. WORK performed by Prime Contractor shall be at a
minimum 30% of the contract value.
No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within the time limit specified
in the Instruction to Bidders (Section 00100).
*Surety companies executing Bonds must appear on the Treasury
Department's most current list (Circular 570 as amended) and
be authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia.
This Project is being financed by Georgia Environmental Facilities
Authority.
