Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured
by a Deed to Secure Debt executed by Eddie E. Williams Jr. and
Bonnie J.L. Williams, Grantors, to Arcade Homes Inc., Grantee,
dated March 15, 1999, recorded in Deed Book 19-R, Page 585, in
the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Jackson County, Georgia,
the undersigned has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness
due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in
said deed, will on the first Tuesday in September, 1999, during
the legal hours of sale at the Courthouse Door in Jackson County,
sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash,
the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 245th
District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, in the Town of Jefferson,
containing 1.053 acres, more or less, and being designated as
shown on that plat of survey of White Oak Subdivision, prepared
by Venable and Associates, Surveyors, dated November 11, 1998,
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court

as recorded, is hereby incorporated by reference for a more detailed

Together with that 30' easement for ingress and egress along
the existing drive as described in the above reference plat.

The sale will be held subject to any outstanding and unpaid taxes
and/or easements and/or restrictive covenants appearing of record.
Notice has been given of intention to collect attorney's fees

Request for Proposal
The Town of Braselton is soliciting proposals for the construction
of +4,400 linear feet of fence and two gates at the site of the
Town's drip irrigation system.
A package with a location map, specifications and details for
the proposed fence can be obtained from Town Clerk, Jennifer
Scott at the Braselton Town Hall. The site can be inspected prior
to bidding. The inspection of the site must be coordinated with
Town Clerk, Jennifer Scott by calling Braselton Town Hall at
(706) 654-3915 (do not dial "1" from any Atlanta exchange.)
Please note that the Town is requesting a bid for both a chain
link fence and woven wire fence. There are specifications and
details for both. Also, note that work must be completed by October
1, 1999.
Bids shall be received at the Braselton Town Hall on Friday,
September 10, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. Please submit bids in a sealed
envelope.

The Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority is inviting Contractors
to Bid on the construction of an earthfill embankment dam and
appurtenant concrete spillway system for the Bear Creek Dam &
Reservoir Project. Interested parties should contact Deputy Program
Manager, Tamae M. Partain, at (770) 725-8015 to obtain Bid Packages.
The cost for Plans and Specifications is $150.00. Checks need
to be made out to Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. with "Bear
Creek Dam Project" written clearly on the check or money
order. A mandatory Pre-Bid conference for all held 2 p.m., September
27, 1999. Bidders must submit Bids no later than 2 p.m., October
4, 1999.

Public Work Session
The Jackson County Planning Commission will host a work session
with the Jackson County Board of Commissioners on September 21,
1999 (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. in the State Court Room at the Jackson
County Administrative Building. The Northeast Georgia Regional
Development Center will present information to Jackson County
regarding the benefits of impact fees.
