A resolution to amend the zoning resolution of Banks County,
Georgia, to provide for an article XIV, entitled "Planned
Unit Development District" ("PUD"); to provide
regulations for flexibility in land uses; to provide regulations
for mix uses; to provide for violations and penalties; to repeal
conflicting resolutions; to provide for severability; to provide
for an effective date, and for other purposes.
A resolution to amend the subdivision regulations of Banks County,
Georgia, to provide for a definition of "Subdivision,"
to provide for classes of subdivisions; to provide exemptions
from preliminary plat approval; to provide minimum access standards
and prohibition of chain subdivisions in Class I and Class II
Subdivision; to repeal conflicting resolutions; to provide for
severability; to provide for an effective date and for other
purposes.
The above amendments are on file in the Office of the Banks County
Planning Commission at the Banks County Courthouse, Homer, Georgia
and are available for public review.
The Banks County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
