Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain
Deed to Secure Debt from Guy L. Johnson to Approved Residential
Mortgage, Inc. dated May 15, 1998, and recorded in Deed Book
17-Y, Page 205, Jackson County Records, which deed was subsequently
transferred to Associates Home Equity Services, Inc. f/k/a Ford
Consumer Finance Company, Inc. by instrument recorded in aforesaid
records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during
the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in November 1999,
by Associates Home Equity Services, Inc. f/k/a Ford Consumer
Finance Company, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for Guy L. Johnson
the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
the 255th District, G.M. Jackson County, Georgia, containing
2.594 acres, more or less, and designated as Tract No. 1, as
shown by that certain plat of survey entitled "Final Plat
of Harden Orchard Estates" prepared by Hambrick Surveying,
Inc., certified by Wallace Long Hambrick, Georgia Registered
Surveyor, dated January 22, 1990, and being of record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Jackson County,
Georgia, in Plat Book 29, Page 249, which plat and its recording
are by reference incorporated herein for further identification
and description.
Said property is known as 256 Old Harden Orchard Road, Commerce,
Georgia.
The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been
declared due and payable because of default in the payment of
the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for
the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of sale, including
attorney's fees, (notice having been given as provided by law).
The property will be sold as the property of The Aforesaid Grantors
subject to the following:
(1) all prior restrictive covenants, easements, rights-of-way
or encumbrances; (2) all valid zoning ordinances; (3) matters
which would be disclosed by an accurate survey of the property;
and the outstanding ad valorem taxes and assessments, if any,
and unpaid water and sewage bills, that constitute liens against
the property, whether due and payable or not yet due and payable;
and (4) matters of record superior to the security deed first
set out above.

Public Notice
The Town of Braselton will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
November 11, 1999 at 5:30 p.m. on the following request for annexation
and rezoning from unincorporated areas of Barrow, Gwinnett and
Hall counties:
Fountainhead Development has petitioned for annexation and rezoning
of approximately 1300+ acres located in Gwinnett, Barrow and
Hall counties. The proposed land use and zoning classification
of the property upon annexation would be PUD. Residential development
of 1500 homes with some limited commercial development is proposed.
The Town Council will meet Tuesday, November 16, 1999 at 5:00
p.m. in a special called meeting to vote on this request.
