By order of the Court for service by publication dated the 8th day of July 1999, you are hereby notified that on the 8th day of July, 1999, a Petition for Adoption was filed in the above-named action concerning your male minor child, born July 10, 1997. You are hereby notified that you will lose all rights to the child and will neither receive notice nor be entitled to object to the adoption of the child unless, within thirty (30) days of receipt of this notice, i.e. the date of its last publication, you file a petition to legitimate the child pursuant to Code Section 19-7-22; and you also file notice with this court of your petition to legitimate said child and also notice of your filing with John Terry Brown, Attorney at Law, Post Office Box 423, Commerce, Georgia 30529.

Public Hearing
Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 (Public Law 105-276) requires local housing authorities to prepare an Agency Plan every five years with annual updates for approval by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. It is further mandated that the Agency Plan be available for public review and that a public hearing be held to discuss the plan prior to final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
This notice informs the public the provisions of the Act and hereby established November 4, 1999 at 4:00 p.m. as the date and time of the Public Hearing to be held at the Housing Authority Office, 164 Hill Street, Homer, Georgia.
The plan draft is available for public review at the Hill Street Office, Town Hall, and at the administration office, 605 South Pond Street, Toccoa, Georgia. Public input is a vital part of the housing authority's operation.
