To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the Jackson County Board of Commissioners
will let a contract to the lowest responsible, qualified, general
contractor, bidder by sealed bids submitted to the Jackson County
Board of Commissioners Office, 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia
no later than 2:00 p.m. December 7, 1999, for the construction
of a new Mental Health Center Building. The project shall consist
of 5,280 square foot facility. Structure to be wood frame, exterior
to be brick and E.I.F.S. Construction Documents and Project Manuals
are posted in the office of the County Commission. Copies of
such can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. A pre-bid
Conference shall be conducted on November 22, 1999 at 2:00 p.m.
at the site which is on Darnell Road on the right hand side of
the Health Department Building in Jefferson. Attendance is not
mandatory. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required
in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Proof of General
Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will
be required with the Jackson County Board of Commissioners listed
as an additional insured. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid
Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount.
Jackson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award
the bid based on the highest and best interests of Jackson County.

dated May 2, 1997, and recorded in Deed Book 16-O, Pages 513-516,
Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia;
securing sums in the original principal amount of $145,000.00,
in addition to interest accruing, there will be sold at public

The said named persons and any and all other persons known and
unknown claiming any right, title, power, interest, ownership,
equity, claim or demand in and to the lands hereinafter described,
and all occupants, tenants, lessees, licensees and all holders,
owners and users of ways and easements in, across, over and under
said land are hereby notified, under the provisions of the Official
Code of Georgia Annotated Sections 32-3-4 through 32-3-19, providing
for the exercise of the power of eminent domain by the State
of Georgia, or any of its subdivisions, or by any county of such
State, as follows:
That the above stated case, being a condemnation in rem against
the property hereinafter described, was filed in said Court on

than 60 days from filing of the Declaration of Taking.
That in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated
Section 32-3-13 through 32-3-19, if the owner, or any of the

in the Declaration of Taking and deposited in Court, such person
or persons, or any of them, shall have the right, at any time

of way for a Limited Access Highway as defined under the Official

and such access rights as may be required between the condemnees'
remaining real property and existing roads, streets or highways,
