Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale in Deed from Donald
Ivey and Ella Ivey to Kenneth W. Robinson, Grantee, dated April
3, 1996, and recorded in Deed Book 105, Page 301, of the Banks
County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given
to secure a Promissory Note dated April 3, 1996, in the original
principal amount of $16,000.00, there will be sold by the undersigned
at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale before the door
of the Courthouse of Banks County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday
in January, 2000, to-wit, January 4, 2000, to the highest and
best bidder for cash the property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as a part
hereof.
The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and Note has been
and is hereby declared due and payable in full because of nonpayment
of principal and interest pursuant to the terms of said Deed
to Secure Debt and Note. Notice has been given of intention to
enforce provisions for collection of attorney's fees and foreclosure
in accordance with legal requirements and the terms of the Deed
to Secure Debt and Note. The indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof
to the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure
Debt, accrued interest and expenses of the sale and other sums
secured by the Deed to Secure Debt including attorney's fees,
and the remainder if any shall be applied as provided by law.
To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the property
is in the possession of Donald Ivey and Ella Ivey and said property
will be sold as the property of Donald Ivey and Ella Ivey subject
to outstanding ad valorem taxes, and easements and restrictions

Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured
by a Security Deed executed by Barbara Marie A. Reed and Toby
Scott Edwards to Equicredit Corporation of Georgia dated December
8, 1997, and recorded in Deed Book 123, Page 632, Banks County
Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned,
transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank National Association, f/k/a
First Bank National Association, Tr U/A DTD 05/01/98 (EQCC Home
Equity Loan Trust 1998-1) by assignment securing a Note in the
original principal amount of $63,000.00, the holder thereof pursuant
to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire
amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to
the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday,
January 4, 2000, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse
door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder
for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots

County, Georgia, said plat being referred to and incorporated
herein for a more complete description.
Said property is known as 780 Willingham Street, Baldwin, GA
30511, together with all fixtures and personal property attached
to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a lien, whether or not now due
and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority,
any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and
inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record
superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2)
to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with
the holder of the Security Deed.
Notice has been given of intention to collect attorney's fees

Please take notice that the following applications have been
received by the Banks County Planning Office:
CU-99-23 - Application by Carol Baxter for a conditional use
permit for a layer poultry house on Ga. Hwy. 63. This property
is zoned ARR, Agricultural, Rural-Residential.
CU-99-24 - Application by Jerry Williamson for a conditional
use permit to move a manufactured home that exceeds the age limit
according to Banks County's Manufactured Home Ordinance 99-11.
The home is to be moved onto Highway 105.
CU-99-25 - Application by Harry Dietrich for a conditional use
permit to move a manufactured home that exceeds the age limit

Notice is given that a notice of Intent to Dissolve Frontier
Enterprises, Inc., a Georgia corporation with its registered
office at 30 Homer Street, Maysville, Georgia 30558, will be
delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance
with O.C.G.A. §14-2-1403.1 of the Georgia Business Corporation
Code.
All persons with claims against the Corporation shall file their
claims, with all supporting documentation at the registered office
of the Corporation within ninety (90) days after the filing of
the notice of the Intent to Dissolve, and that, unless such claims
are presented within such time period, except for claims that
