MONTHLY CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORT
(FOR THE PERIOD FROM 12-22-99 THROUGH 01-25-00)

- CONTRACT 1 - RIVER INTAKE & PUMPING STATION Contractor- Westem Summit RIVER INTAKE STRUCTURE ACTIVITIES ° Completed backfilling and compaction of soil around the structure. ° Completed installation of sluice gate level indicators. ° Installed additional silt fencing at structure to maintain erosion control of stockpiled soils. RAW WATER PUMP STATION ACTIVITIES ° Completed excavation for the Raw Water Pumping Station. ° Compieted concrete placement of north & south base slabs in the pump station. ° Placed concrete for three wall sections in the south half of the pump station. ° Installed the three 60-inch sluice gate wall castings within the pump station. GENERAL CONDITIONS ° Project approximately 31% complete by schedule and 32% through partial payments. ° Change Order No. 1 has been negotiated, approved and processed for payment. - CONTRACT 2 - RAW WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS Contractor- John D. Stevens ° Contract has been awarded to John D. Stevens. ° Pre-construction conference scheduled for Thursday 1-27-00. ° Notice to proceed to be given to JDS at pre-construction conference. ° Anticipated start date estimated to be late March 2000, due to pipe availability - CONTRACT 3 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT Contractor- Beers Construction Company °Clearing & grubbing and erosion control work are completed at the north half of the project °Major dirtwork for the Maintenance Building, Chemical Building and Flocculation tank area is completed. °Maintenance Building footings have been excavated and concrete placed. °Chemical Building footings have been excavated. - CONTRACT 4 - FINISHED WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS Contractor- To Be Determined ° Not awarded to date. - CONTRACT 5 - EARTH EMBANKMENT & SPILLWAY Contractor- Specialized Services, Inc. ° Clearing & grubbing work and erosion control work are completed. ° Topsoil is being stripped from most areas and stockpiled. ° Contractor and Testing Lab trailers have been installed.
