Jackson County hosts Hart County Thurs.

Rain washed out matches last week for the Jackson County tennis teams.

Both the boys and girls teams were scheduled to host Archer last Thursday. Both of those were postponed. There’s been no word on rescheduled dates.

Jackson County was next scheduled to travel to Franklin County on Tuesday.

The girls came away with a 4-1 loss, with Kelsee Ryan winning in the third set at number one singles.

The boys also lost to Franklin 4-1, with Joel Orioan and Matthew Compton winning in straight sets at number two doubles.
