The Jackson County track teams are looking to rebound from losses last week to Athens Christian.
The Panthers placed second in last Tuesday’s tri-meet at JCCHS to Athens Christian, scoring 49 points to the Eagles’ 70. Jackson County did managed to best East Hall, who scored 44 points on the meet.
The Lady Panthers also placed second in the event, scoring 36 points to Athens Christian’s 119, with East Hall finishing third with 20 points.
Up next for the Jackson County track teams is a trip to East Jackson on Thursday, where they’ll face the Eagles, Athens Academy, Habersham Central and North Oconee.
Start time for the meet is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
