The Jackson County Board of Education has given an initial approval of its 2009 fiscal year budget for $92.4 million. A tenant told Braselton police that her landlord has been entering her residence without her permission, according to an incident report. A man’s second attempt to give a Hoschton officer a valid driver’s license later landed the man in jail. An officer said Javier Quiroz Morales, 31, of Flowery Branch, was speeding on Ga.
