An Atlanta man stopped for speeding on Interstate 85 gave a police officer a false name. That became a problem when the officer asked him how to spell it and the suspect said he didn’t know. Nicholson votes to establish a municipal court

The City of Nicholson now has a municipal court. The city council voted unanimously Monday night to approve an ordinance allowing for a judge, clerk and associated personnel needed to operate the court.
