Mill Creek traveled to West Forsyth on Friday to begin a two day tournament. In their first match, the Lady Hawks lost to Centennial High School by a score of 20-25 and 19-25. The Jefferson Dragons faced off against the Morgan County Bulldogs Thursday night in Jefferson. The meeting allowed the JHS coaching staff a chance to see how some of the players will perform in the season opener against in county rival Commerce.
