A Hoschton man was cited for buying cigarettes for his young son and his friends, according to police. An officer said he saw three juveniles walking near the intersection of Bell Avenue and White Street. A Jefferson man tried to hide his marijuana in his grandmother’s purse, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
