Suspicious activity leads to two arrests

Two people were arrested recently after being stopped for suspicious behavior near Embassy Drive in Winder. A Barrow County Sheriff’s deputy noticed a red Plymouth Voyager traveling in a secluded part of the subdivision, which is currently under development. Leopards fall in defensive struggle
