Narcotics abuse ruled the cause of couple’s death

Two people found dead off Hwy. 106 in Madison County in July died from narcotics abuse, according to Georgia Bureau of Investigation toxicology reports. A robbery suspect in Clarke and Oglethorpe counties is also suspected of robbing the Hwy. 72 Golden Pantry in Hull on Monday, Nov. 3. According to the incident report, a clerk at the store called 911 around 11:30 p.m. to report that a white male wearing camouflage robbed the store, taking $40 in cash from the register.
