An Athens woman was arrested last week after she reportedly left the scene of an accident. Cynthia Larue Hubbard, 50, of 366 Arch Street, was charged with DUI, following too closely and leaving the scene of an accident. The Athens Post 32 of the Georgia State Patrol reportedly investigated 14 traffic crashes in Madison County during the month of November. The crashes resulted in 15 injuries and no deaths, according to the press release.
