Man gets 10 years probation for identity fraud

A Danielsville man was recently sentenced to 10 years probation in Madison County Superior Court for identity fraud. Manuel Ricardo Nunez, 38, was also sentenced to two years probation for two counts of financial transaction card fraud. He was also fined $1,040. A Jefferson man was arrested last week on a child molestation charge. Tommy Ray Horne, 22, of 185 Pine Street, Jefferson, was charged with one count of child molestation.
