A well-known Jefferson couple was killed in a Banks county wreck Friday on Hwy. 63 at Hwy. 51. Killed were Tony and Ann Ianuario, Jefferson. A Gainesville man was arrested on Thursday and charged with sexual battery in Banks County. Jason Kyle Chester, 36, 2955 Skylark Place, was arrested following an investigation by the Banks County Sheriff’s Office investigators.
