Carlton couple faces family violence charges

A Carlton couple was arrested recently following a domestic violence call to their home. Rachael Lou Epps, 26, of 214 Osley Mill Road, was charged with one count of battery, while her live-in boyfriend, Mike David Puleo, 28, of the same address, was charged with battery and aggravated assault (bondsman off bond).
